How do I place an order?

CircleRoot is available through our website and on Amazon UK. Simply add to cart and follow the checkout process — standard UK shipping rates apply, with free shipping on orders over £30.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed through our website are fulfilled via Shopify, so you can expect fast, tracked delivery — typically 2–5 working days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be completely happy with CircleRoot. If for any reason you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@circleroot.co.uk and we'll make it right. Orders placed directly on Amazon are subject to Amazon's standard 30-day returns policy.

I have a question about using CircleRoot in my garden — can you help?

Absolutely. Mix 10g of CircleRoot per litre of compost at planting time — a 500g pouch covers 50L of potting mix or around 40–50 medium containers. Water thoroughly after application and CircleRoot does the rest for up to 12 months. For specific plant advice, application guides, and tutorials, visit our product page or drop us a message at support@circleroot.co.uk.

Is CircleRoot plant-based?

CircleRoot is made from organic food waste that includes animal by-products — similar to the traditional 'blood, fish and bone' supplements gardeners have relied on for generations. It's fully compliant with EU Regulation 1069/2009, which permits treated animal by-products in soil improvers. If you're looking for a strictly plant-based product, CircleRoot isn't the right fit, but read on to understand why we repurpose this waste, creating a circular solution to this problem.

Why use animal byproduct? What's the sustainability case?

Every year, millions of tonnes of animal food waste are incinerated under EU regulations — a process that generates 1.8 tonnes of CO₂ for each tonne of waste. CircleRoot intercepts that waste stream and converts it to a soil supplement so you can put it to work in your soil instead. Our mission is to improve plant growth, reduce watering, and cut carbon emissions by returning waste to nature rather than sending it up in smoke.
