Our Promise

We aim to get CircleRoot to you in good time for planting season. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, contact us and we'll sort it.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses.

 


 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

During peak gardening season (February–April), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll let you know if there's a delay.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days | Free on orders over £30 Express Delivery: 1–2 business days | Available at checkout

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.

 


 

Delivery Partners

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

What You're Ordering

CircleRoot comes in a 500g pouch. It's a dry powder product, lightweight and easy to handle. Each pouch covers 50 litres of compost or 10m² of raised bed.

Orders containing multiple pouches are typically shipped in one parcel.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your delivery through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

 


 

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@circleroot.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund, depending on the outcome.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

 


 

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it if possible, then contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. You won't need to return the damaged item.

 


 

Missed Deliveries

If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels not collected or re-delivered within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 


 

Seasonal Note

CircleRoot is most commonly ordered January–April ahead of the spring planting season. If you're planning to use it at potting time, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you need it to account for any courier delays during busy periods.

 


 

This policy applies to orders placed through circleroot.co.uk only. For Amazon UK orders, shipping is handled by Amazon and subject to their delivery terms.
