Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product was purchased directly from circleroot.co.uk

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

  • The product is returned in good condition, with original packaging where possible

 


 

What’s Covered

We provide:

  • A full refund of the product purchase price

  • A refund of the original outbound shipping cost (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

 


 

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

 


 

Step 2: Return Approval

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

  • The return address

 


 

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item (original packaging preferred)

  • Include your RAN inside the parcel

  • Ship the item using your preferred courier

 


 

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, OR

  • A full refund (including original shipping)

Note: In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

 


 

Orders Purchased from Retailers

If you purchased CircleRoot through:

  • Amazon

  • Garden centres

  • Other authorised retailers

Please follow the return policy of the original retailer.

Exceptions

We may decline returns if:

  • The request is made after 30 days from delivery

  • Proof of purchase is not provided

  • The product has been misused or intentionally damaged

  • The item is not returned in reasonable condition
